The gateway has one relay and three digital outputs, DO 1-3. The Outputs list shows Open or Closed for the relay and On or Off for each digital output.
Configure the relay
Open and enable the relay
Open Sensors > Outputs, select Relay, turn on Enable relay, and enter a Name, such as
Pump.Choose the restart state
Set State after restart to Open or Closed.
Configure optional MQTT control
Turn on Allow MQTT remote control and enter a control topic such as
relay/set.Save and test
Select Save settings. When it is safe to operate the equipment, select Close relay, then Open relay.
Verify the result
Confirm the relay name and state on Overview.
Configure a digital output
Open and enable the output
Select DO 1, DO 2, or DO 3, turn on Enable channel, and enter a Name, such as
Valve.Choose the restart state
Set State after restart to Off or On.
Match the wiring polarity
Set Output wiring to Normal, or choose Inverted for active-low wiring.
Save and test
Select Save settings. When the equipment is safe to operate, select Switch on, then Switch off.
Configure shared MQTT control
One shared setting enables MQTT commands for DO 1-3.
Open shared MQTT control
On Outputs, select Shared MQTT control.
Enable remote commands
Turn on Allow MQTT remote control and enter a control topic such as
do/set.Save the topic
Select Save MQTT settings. The Unsaved indicator disappears when the setting is stored.
Output names and control topics
- Relay and digital-output names are required and must be fewer than 32 UTF-8 bytes.
- A control topic is required even when remote control is currently disabled.
- Topics may contain at most 128 UTF-8 bytes and cannot contain spaces, control characters, a leading or trailing slash, or an empty level such as
//. - The firmware matches actuator commands to an exact topic, so
+and#wildcards are not accepted. - Local output controls are disabled while the section has unsaved changes. Each live switching action opens a confirmation dialog and changes the connected equipment immediately after confirmation.
